installation method:

(3) When hoisting the valve, the wire rope should be tied to the flange connection between the valve body and the bonnet, and must not be tied to the hand wheel or valve stem, so as not to damage the valve stem and hand wheel;
(4) When installing the valve on a horizontal pipeline, the valve stem is vertically upward, and it is not allowed to install the valve stem downward;
(5) When installing the valve, it is not allowed to use the forced port connection method of pulling, so as to avoid damage due to uneven stress;
(6) Open the stem gate valve should not be installed in the underground damp place, so as to prevent the stem from rusting.
Daily maintenance method of electric gate valve
(1) The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage should be blocked.
(2) Valves stored for a long time should be checked regularly to remove dirt and apply anti-rust oil on the processed surface.
(3) Check regularly after installation. Main inspection items:
A. The sealing surface is worn.
B. The trapezoidal thread of the valve stem and the valve stem nut is worn.
C. Whether the package is expired and invalid, if it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
D. The sealing performance test should be carried out after the valve is repaired and assembled.
